Well some of the schools like to check Child's ability in interacting. Don't compare it with old time when this system was not there. Instead of that, try to prepare your kid for this interaction. Calling it interview is not fair. It is more like an interaction. Some of the questions which your child can face are:
1. What is your name?
2. What is your mother's (or mamma's) name?
3. What is your father's (or Daddy's or Papa's) name?
4. He can be asked to identify fruits, vegetables, animals or birds from drawing charts or puzzle games.
5. What do you do in morning?
6. Can you make a sound of dog (or cat)?
Make sure that you carry few chocolates, dry fruits & water bottle with you when go for admission. Sometimes you might have to wait before your turn comes. Child may get frustrated due to crowd & waiting. Don't scold him. If he/she will start crying then it might create wrong impression with crying face when his/her turn comes.
